Refunds
When you sign up for any of our classes, events, or monthly recurring memberships, you are agreeing to a refund policy that states no refunds will be provided. This means that once you have subscribed or paid for a class, subscription, service, event etc, you will not be eligible to receive a refund for any reason, even if you decide to cancel your membership at a later date. The policy is in place to ensure that our members are committed to the services we provide and in turn, we can create You may transfer your payment to another service, but again, no refunds will be provided.
By agreeing to this no refund policy, you acknowledge that you have read and understood its terms and conditions. It is essential to consider your decision carefully before committing to a monthly membership, class or service as you will not be able to obtain a refund in case of dissatisfaction or any other circumstance.
While we understand that circumstances may change, and you may wish to discontinue your membership at some point, we want to emphasize that this no refund policy applies uniformly to all users. If you are signing up for a memberships you may cancel any time and cancellation is fully your responsibility. if you are canceling in the middle of a payment cycle your payment for that moth is deemed paid in full and you will not receive a refund.

All meditations will be recorded and by attending these meditations you agree that the recordings may be published, sold or otherwise used in ways that we find appropriate including uploading to any social media platforms. Before you come on screen you have the option to send a private message to the host and ask for the recording to be paused during your appearance. A later removal of your appearance is not possible.
Termination of Use and Membership
.Any suspected illegal, fraudulent, copyright infringement or any recording of any sessions without prior consent from Jennifer Mckenzie and from other members is instant termination. Using abusive verbal and/or threatening language toward anyone will result in your immediate termination from any class, group, event or subscription.
Upon termination, your right to use the resources we provide will immediately cease, and we reserve the right to remove or delete any information that you may have on file with us, including any account or login information.
