I am really excited to be bringing back a new version of the
Deep Theta Meditation experience
This is one of my favourites to facilitate!
I always receive so much amazing feedback from participants sharing the transformative experiences that have occurred for them during these sessions
WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM THIS 7 WEEK SERIES?
We will meet every Thursday evening and begin with a short teaching,(including breathwork) this helps you to understand WHY you are doing what you are doing, when you are able to assign meaning to a process or experience, you have the potential to produce greater outcomes from that process/experience
The teaching will be followed by a channeled, guided meditation for you to deeply relax, let go and teach your body & mind how to enter a deep Theta state (rest & repair state that occurs during sleep) and learn to surrender into a healing state that can produce great benefits for you
COHERENCE IS THE KEY
The literal meaning of Meditation is "to pay attention"
When we take a journey inward with focused attention, we can change our inner environment
- We can teach both the physiology of the body and the neurology of the brain to become more coherent
Why is this important?
There are only 2 states of being and the body can only be in one state at a time
SURVIVAL / FEAR (incoherence)
OR
CREATION / GRACE (coherence)
Each of these states will create an autonomic response in the body, setting off its own cascade of chemicals and hormones related to the response/state
YOU GET TO CHOOSE
Living in a state of stress (survival) dulls our senses, causes brain fog/confusion, lowers our natural immunity, this makes us more susceptible to illness and giving our power because making life decisions causes us more stress!
Yeah, this has been my learning curve too, STRESS and I used to be best buddies, did I make a clean break? NO! -stress will always come and go.
But I have WAY more self-awareness of my stress and great tools to help me that I am sharing with you.
I have been meditating for more than 20 years
I am a Certified facilitator and I have learned techniques from the best of the best!
That is why I created this ever-evolving series 7 years ago, after seeing client after client living with the stress instead of alleviating it.
I knew I had the tools to help!
